Register an Account

Creating an account is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get started.

Navigate to the sign-up page and fill in your details.

Complete your profile and configure your preferences.

Select the plan you need to subscribe to and complete the payment.

Return to the dashboard and start your paid bot setup.

Bot Setup

To use TeleFlies, you need a Telegram bot. Follow these steps to create one using BotFather and obtain the bot username and token.

1. Open BotFather in Telegram

Open the Telegram app and search for @BotFather, the official bot that lets you create and manage Telegram bots. Start a chat and send the command /newbot.

2. Choose a Name for Your Bot

Send a friendly display name for your bot (e.g., My Football Bot). This is the name users will see in the chat header.

3. Set a Bot Username

Send a unique username for your bot. It must end with bot, for example MyFootballBot_bot. If the username is taken, BotFather will ask you to try another one.

4. Copy Your API Token

After the username is accepted, BotFather will reply with a bot token — a long string of characters like

Copy and store this token securely. You will need it to connect your bot to TeleFlies.

5. Copy Your Bot Username

While you are in BotFather, also note your bot username (e.g., @MyFootballBot_bot). You will need both the username and the token to connect the bot on the TeleFlies dashboard.

6. Enter the Token in TeleFlies

Go to the Bot Connect page on the TeleFlies dashboard, paste the bot token and the bot username, and click Connect. Your bot is now linked and ready to use.

User Settings

Once your bot is connected, you can manage its profile, description, connection status, and more from the Bot Settings page.

Bot Information

•Profile Picture — Upload a static image (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP) or an animated MP4 video as your bot's profile photo. A built-in crop tool lets you adjust the circular crop area before saving.
•Bot Username & ID — Display-only fields showing your bot's unique @username and internal database ID.
•Bot Type — A coloured badge indicating your bot's type (Normal, Football Live, Scheduler, 1-Click, or Integration).
•Status — Shows whether your bot is Active, Inactive, or Unauthorized. Use the refresh button to re-check the connection at any time.
•Bot Token — Update your bot's API token if you ever regenerate it from BotFather. The system will validate the new token and automatically reconnect the webhook.

More Settings

•Bio Description — A short bio (max 120 characters) that appears at the top of your bot's profile. Set via Telegram's setMyShortDescription API.
•Bot Description — A longer description (max 512 characters) shown when users open your bot's profile. Set via Telegram's setMyDescription API.
•Welcome Picture Guide — Step-by-step instructions for setting a welcome picture that appears when a user first starts a conversation with your bot, configured via BotFather.

API & Link Details

For 1-Click and Integration bot types, you can configure the following external service connections:

•API URL — The endpoint used for user registration and authentication (e.g., https://example.com/api).
•Affiliate Code — An optional referral code for tracking user sign-ups.
•Brand Name — The brand name displayed in welcome messages and bot interactions.
•Telegram Channel URL — Adds a "Subscribe Channel" button to your bot's main menu, driving users to your Telegram channel.
•Customer Service URL — A link to your customer service chat widget, giving users quick access to support.

Connection

Manage your bot's connection to Telegram's servers:

•Webhook Toggle — Use the "Disconnect Webhook" or "Reconnect Webhook" button to enable or disable your bot's ability to receive updates from Telegram. Disconnecting the webhook will stop your bot from responding to users until reconnected.

Danger Zone

Permanently delete your bot and all associated data. This action is irreversible and will remove:

•Bot connection credentials and webhook configuration
•All contacts and user data collected by the bot
•Message history and broadcast records
•Configured flows and automation rules
•All shares and referral data

A confirmation dialog will ask you to verify before proceeding.
