The Scheduler Broadcast Bot lets you prepare Telegram broadcasts in advance, choose the groups and channels they should reach, and send them automatically at the scheduled time.
Use it for recurring announcements, timed promotions, or one-off updates when you want to manage one-off and recurring broadcasts without posting manually.

Your bot must already be added to every destination before it can post there. In channels, the bot also needs to be an active member and for channels it should be granted admin permission to send messages.
The scheduler is built to prepare, queue, and deliver broadcasts with as little manual work as possible.

Step-by-step instructions to get your scheduler running.
Now that you have a Telegram bot created via BotFather, follow these steps to connect it to your TeleFlies dashboard.
From the sidebar, click on Bot Connect or find the "Connect Bot" button on the dashboard. Both lead to the same page where you can link your Telegram bot.
Once on the Bot Connect page, click one of the "Connect Bot" buttons to open the connection modal where you can enter your bot details.
Enter the Bot Username (e.g., @MyFootballBot_bot) and the Bot Token you copied from BotFather, then click Next.

After connecting, you have the option to upload a profile picture for your bot β a static image (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP) or an animated MP4 video. A built-in crop tool lets you adjust the circular crop area before saving.
This step is optional. You can skip it and your bot will use the default profile picture set via BotFather. You can always change it later from the Bot Settings page.
In the Connect Bot modal, select Bot Type = 1-Click, then fill the fields below. Use the same root API URL every time you reconnect this bot.
Optional parameters
Affiliate Code is sent as code on register for tracking. Brand Name appears in welcome / reply messages as {{brandname}}.
Your bot can only send scheduled broadcasts to Telegram groups and channels it has access to. Set up the destinations below so the scheduler knows where to deliver your messages.
π‘ If you already have a group or channel, you can skip this step.
Open Telegram and tap the compose button in the bottom-right corner. Choose New Channel to publish one-way updates to subscribers, or New Group to message multiple people at once. You need to create your own group or channel β the bot cannot broadcast until it has been added to a destination with permission to send messages.
After you have created a group or channel in Telegram β or if you already have one β return to the dashboard and open Group & Channel Management from the sidebar.
You can get your group or channel ID from the link on the Telegram page. Open the chat in Telegram Web β the Chat ID appears in the address bar after the # symbol. Copy the ID; you can paste it with or without the leading minus sign (-).
Click Add Group/Channel to open the modal. Select the bot you have already connected, and make sure that bot has been added as an administrator inside your group or channel. Paste the Chat ID into the field, then click Verify.
After verification succeeds, review the detected group or channel details shown on screen. If everything looks correct, click the Add Group/Channel button to connect it.
After connecting successfully, you can check the group or channel you have set on the Group & Channel Management page. It will appear in the list with its name, type, assigned bot, Chat ID, member count, and the date it was added.
A scheduler template holds the message content and delivery settings for your broadcasts. Create one before you can schedule posts to your connected groups and channels.
Return to the dashboard and select Scheduler Template from the sidebar. Click the + Create Schedule button, enter a name for your template, then click Create.
Now you can input the content you want to broadcast. Use the editor to build the message that will be sent to your groups and channels.
Start with the Text / Link tab β this is for the text content that will be sent. Enter your message in the Content field, then add one or more buttons with URL links. Each button needs a label and a redirect URL that opens when tapped.
π‘ Premium emoji: make sure your bot is under a Telegram Premium account β only then can the bot display premium emojis in broadcasts.
You can also switch to the Image or Video/GIF tab to attach media that will appear when the broadcast is sent. Add a caption in the Content field and include buttons the same way as the text tab.
After you have finished entering all content, remember to save the flow.
Once your template and groups are ready, schedule when the broadcast should go out. A scheduler post links a template to your destinations with a date, time, and repeat pattern.
Return to the dashboard and select Scheduler Post from the sidebar, then click the + Create Posts button.
In the Create Scheduler Post modal, select your scheduler flow and the groups or channels to send to. Pick a date and time, choose a repeat pattern (once, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly), then save.
After saving, you can check your scheduler posts on the Scheduler Posts page. The Upcoming Queue shows posts due in the next 48 hours, and the full list below shows every post with its status β Scheduled, Failed, or Completed.
π‘ Messages Sent Today: pay attention to this counter β it shows how many messages you have sent today versus how many your package allows per day.
When the scheduled time is reached, open your Telegram group or channel and confirm the broadcast has been delivered. Check that the message, media, and buttons all appear as you configured β this is the final step to make sure everything works.
